Adjudicator and Adjudication Services
Adjudication has become one of the most popular means of dispute resolution and we have extensive experience in the preparation of submissions under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act. Often working to strict timetables, we are able to act for the Referring Party or Responding Party. We are also registered adjudicators with a number of professional bodies as well as being named experts on Dispute Resolution Panels.
Commercial Management and Support
We provide time and monetary related commercial management and support on live projects. This can be undertaken remotely on discrete issues or at the project office when more extensive input is required. The scope of our experience ranges from building and civil engineering projects through to energy related projects, particularly water related issues under Asset Management Programmes, energy from waste and offshore wind projects.
